Description:  This 110 year old TIMBER TRUSS and BEAM bridge over the GREY river on the Greymouth to Westport Line.The bridge is just outside GREYMOUTH where it joins the Midland Line on the west coast of the south island has been in used for 110 years now. It has now come to the end of its structural life. Now in the last days of its long life as the coal trains are heavier and longer. (Exact date ofphoto is not know. year2006)
